Kyle Walker couldn’t contain his emotions after Manchester City scored their third goal to go 3-2 up against Aston Villa.
Pep Guardiola’s side went into the final day of the season knowing that a victory would hand them the Premier League title.
City got the perfect news a few minutes into the match after news filtered through from Anfield that Wolves had taken a shock 1-0 lead, Liverpool had to win and also required City to drop points to have any chance of winning the title.

Disaster struck for Guardiola’s men in the 37th minute as Villa went 1-0 up and stunned the Etihad into utter silence, courtesy of Matty Cash’s goal. City were still in the driving seat as Liverpool had only managed to equalise against Wolves, but one goal could change the whole picture.
In the second half, things got even worse, former Liverpool man Philippe Coutinho latched onto a flick on from Ollie Watkins to put Steven Gerrard’s side 2-0 up.
The situation was bleak for City, with Liverpool piling the pressure on at Anfield, City needed a miracle, they needed three goals.

A miracle is exactly what they got, substitute Ilkay Gundogan sparked life back into his team mates and the crowd with a goal in the 76th minute, Rodri then expertly speared a low drive into the net to make it 2-2.
Three minutes later, Gundogan completed the dramatic comeback by tapping home at the far post, this sparked a huge reaction as fans celebrated uncontrollably.
City players also let their emotions flow after that goal, Kyle Walker was filmed sprinting down the touchline with pure excitement, ripping the corner flag out of the ground as he ran towards to the crowd to celebrate the moment with the City faithful.

Guardiola's men held on, and won their fourth title in five seasons in dramatic fashion, it is not quite like the Aguero moment, but it is for sure up there.
City will hold an open top bus parade in Manchester City centre on Monday to celebrate the title win with their fans.
