Laura Woods says fans keep sliding into her DMs to discuss her feet

There are a lot of fans of Laura Woods out there and she finds herself getting the same messages about her feet.

Laura Woods has opened up on some of the strangest DMs that her fans slide in with, whenever her feet get spotted in whatever she's doing.

Woods is one of the most popular broadcasters in sport. Whether she's covering football, boxing, darts or anything else she's very good on the mic.

It makes a lot of sense that TNT have been rumoured to want her to ditch some of her other media obligations and become the face of their football coverage.

The network is taking over from BT Sport in the UK soon and Jake Humphrey is leaving his role as the main presenter for their football coverage.

The 35-year-old is often left having to debate football with some of life's less intelligent debaters, whether it's her fellow talkSPORT presenters or the people who call up.

She recently put former Oasis frontman Noel Gallagher in his place after the Manchester City fan called Arsenal supporters 'idiots,' with Woods defending her fellow Gooners.

But it's not just the trolls in her own studio she has to deal with but those on social media as well, especially it seems when her feet get shown.

Sam Thompson and Pete Wick's podcast Staying Relevant, she revealed that she always gets the same messages whenever she's not wearing shoes in her pictures.

"Every time I have no shoes on in a photo, the amount of people that say I've got boat feet," the presenter said.

"They're a size seven which is a UK average for a woman by the way.

"How big are your f***ing boats? And I'm like they're not that big."

Honestly I've never really thought about her feet, let alone think I'd end up writing about them, and yet here we are!

Apparently some people have put a lot of thinking time into her lowest extremities, with an entire Wikifeet page dedicated to them.

Obviously if you don't spend your days concentrating on other people's heels then you might not know what Wikifeet is but we're pretty sure you can put two and two together and make four.

Speaking about replying to negative comments, she added: "I've replied a couple of times [to negative comments] about people's manhood, [...] but it's only ever a retaliation.

"I never understand when people say, 'Oh but you can't say that'.

"Am I a sitting duck? Just because I'm a broadcaster, you're allowed to say anything you want about me and as soon as I reply - and I will win, like I'm very stubborn about things like that - I will f**king fight to the death."

The Arsenal fan doesn't always realise she's replying to fans however, flipping one off during a stint on talkSPORT when she didn't know she could be seen on camera.
