Liverpool Interested In 15-Year-Old Wonderkid Who's Linked With Manchester United

Young Brazilian star Endrick Felipe is being tracked by Liverpool, `Man United and many other top clubs.

Liverpool are interested in signing 15-year-old Brazilian wonderkid Endrick Felipe from Palmeiras, according to reports.

The striker has been making waves in age groups well beyond his years and will sign a professional contract aged just 16, which will include a £35m release clause.

At his tender age, he’s already been linked with Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United and Real Madrid alongside Liverpool. After the successes Los Blancos have had with Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo Goes, clubs will be keen to monitor the young Brazilian market.

Endrick became a social media phenomenon when his father posted videos of him on the internet asking for Brazilian clubs to take him on a trial.

He has vowed to become a professional to help feed his family and village.

The player almost joined Sao Paulo’s academy but chose Palmeiras, the same side that Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus developed and refined his game.

A left-footed forward with a good shot, Endrick has drawn comparisons with legendary strikers Ronaldo Nazario and Romário.

When asked to describe himself and his style of play, Endrick said: "I'll always fight. I'll be persistent and try until the last minute I'm in the game. I never give up, I pressure defenders, I run more than anyone else on the pitch."

The reports emanate from journalist Jorge Nicola. He believes that Liverpool have ‘sounded out’ their chances of signing Endrick from Palmeiras.

“Liverpool have sounded out the possibility of making a proposal in the future,” he said, translated by Sport Witness. “But didn’t go further, for now, than a question.”

The Reds did have an interest in signing the aforementioned Rodrygo before he joined Real Madrid, according to Santos coach Elano, which will alert fans that the club are tracking South American superstars.

He won the best player award at the 2022 Copinha, an Under-20 tournament, scoring an outrageous overhead kick from outside of the penalty area.

It’s obvious to see he has a big future in the game, and Liverpool will remain interested in time to come.
