Manchester City have launched a legal fight against their alleged Premier League charges, according to reports.
Back in February, the club were charged by the Premier League with 'numerous breaches' of financial rules following a four-year investigation.
City are alleged to have not provided accurate financial information including the club's revenue, which includes sponsorship revenue and operating costs.

An independent commission will review the case and City could face a wide range of punishments, including fines, points deduction or Premier League expulsion.
City have denied the allegations in a statement, despite welcoming the review from the independent commission into the matter.
It was also suggested in February that City would 'robustly' defend themselves against the Premier League charges and now, the Citizens have lodged legal challenges against the 115 charges for alleged rule breaches.

These challenges include disputing the legality of the investigation, according to a report from The Times, as well as the involvement of the barrister who is in charge of the disciplinary process.
Murray Rosen KC, who is the head of the Premier League’s independent judicial panel, is responsible for appointing the chair of the disciplinary commission.
And according to Rosen’s profile on his chambers’ website, it states that he is a “member of the MCC and Arsenal FC”.
The Times report the Premier League declined to comment while Man City did not respond when asked for comment.
