Manchester United beat Chelsea to secure a top-four finish, which means they will be playing in the Champions League next season.

Man United ran riot as they smashed Chelsea 4-1 in their Premier League clash at Old Trafford on Thursday.

Casemiro opened the scoring in the sixth minute, with Anthony Martial doubling his side's lead just before the break.

Bruno Fernandes converted a penalty in the 73rd minute to make it 3-0, with Marcus Rashford completing the rout in the 78th minute.

Joao Felix pulled one back as he produced a brilliant solo run before slotting past David de Gea.

The victory moves them to third place in the table, with 72 points on the board, four points ahead of fifth-placed Liverpool.

Erik ten Hag's team have secured a top-four finish with one league game remaining and will return to the Champions League for next season.

The Dutch boss has delivered Champions League football while bagging the Carabao Cup in his debut season at Old Trafford. He could also still win the FA Cup.

Newcastle United already confirmed their spot in next season's Champions League campaign following their goalless draw at home to Leicester City on Monday.

Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool won't be in the Champions League despite their recent form, having won seven league games in a row prior to their 1-1 draw against Aston Villa last weekend.

So, England's representatives in next season's Champions League will be Premier League champions Manchester City, Arsenal, Man United and Newcastle.
