'Fed up' Man United players reportedly want Cristiano Ronaldo to leave the club, annoyed by his antics

'Fed up' Man United players reportedly want Cristiano Ronaldo to leave the club, annoyed by his antics

Cristiano Ronaldo's transfer stance has reportedly angered his teammates.

Some Manchester United players want to see Cristiano Ronaldo LEAVE the club amid his transfer stance, according to stunning reports.

Ronaldo has been the subject of intense transfer speculation after expressing his desire to quit Man United in a bid to play in the Champions League.

The 37-year-old sat out of the club's pre-season tour of Australia and Thailand due to 'family reasons' with the superstar forward linked with moves to Bayern Munich and Chelsea.

He made a substitute appearance in his side's defeat to Brighton on the opening weekend of the new Premier League season, having barely had a pre-season.

Reports now claim that his teammates are becoming increasingly annoyed by the player's antics.

According to The Sun, some of his 'fed up' colleagues would prefer it if he just left rather than the current situation.

It continues by claiming there is a growing anger amongst the squad members at Ronaldo's attitude around the club.

A source said: "It is really starting to annoy a lot of players now.

"He does have his allies in the camp but a lot are fed up with how he is going about things."

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner is seeking a move away from Old Trafford just 12 months after his sensational return.

A move to a host of clubs has been mooted, but, as of yet, Ronaldo is still on Man United's books, with transfer deadline day approaching.

The window slams shut on September 1, with Ronaldo not thought to be close to joining a new team.

Ronaldo scored 24 goals in all competitions last season as Man United finished in a measly sixth position in the Premier League.

Will he find a new club before the transfer window closes? Well, judging by the fresh reports, it appears his teammates hope so.
