Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has shared a video of himself going through his rigorous rehabilitation as he bids to return this season.
'Ox's season was cruelly cut short last season following a serious knee injury sustained during Liverpool's brilliant Champions League campaign against AS Roma.
He was subsequently ruled out of the World Cup with further reports claiming he's set to miss the rest of the 2018/19 term.
But if Oxlade-Chamberlain's video is anything to go by then he could be back sooner than expected.

The England international uploaded a video of his intense rehabilitation programme after knee surgery; from rope work to the exercise bike not to mention boxing by hitting the pads.
He didn't apply any pressure on his injured right knee but his actions from Liverpool's base in Melwood, naturally, got fans excited.
Jurgen Klopp, meanwhile, has said the following on Oxlade-Chamberlain's recovery.

"It feels like now is an appropriate time to tell people that for Ox this coming season will be about focusing on recovery and rehab," he said via Liverpool Echo.
"We have known this from pretty much the day after he got the injury and after the successful surgery, we were sure of it. I hope everyone treats this information responsibly.
"There has been no change, no setback - it's exactly on the schedule we expected and planned for. The new information is that we're now giving more detail publicly."
Here's hoping the 25-year-old returns to full fitness and makes an appearance for Liverpool before the close of this season.
