Carlos Tevez planted a kiss on Diego Maradona prior to scoring the goal that secured the Argentina Primera Division title for Boca Juniors last night.
Maradona was managing Gimnasia against his former employers Boca, who he had two spells with in his illustrious career.
He received his very own pitchside thrown by Newell's Old Boys, another one of his ex teams, back in October but last night his gift arrived in the form of a pre-match smooch from Tevez.
But it wasn't just a heat of the moment thing from Tevez, he explained post-match that he purposely showed 'El Diego' some love in the hope of getting some good luck for the crucial game.

Speaking to Ole, he said: "I knew I had to kiss Diego, I was lucky that way... sometimes you have to look for luck."
And that luck was definitely there for the former Manchester City, Manchester United and Juventus striker. He popped up in the 72nd minute with the only goal of the game and the fact River Plate drew 1-1 away at Atletico Tucuman meant Boca won their 34rd league title at La Bombanera.
His celebration when he found the net was one of complete and utter passion.
