Usually, when Pep Guardiola wants something, he gets it. Whether it's a trophy or a transfer target, the majority of the time the ex-Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager is successful in achieving his goals. Of course there are always exceptions to the rule and it would appear that Leonardo Bonucci is one of them.
The Juventus centre-half is widely regarded as one of the finest defenders in world football and, due to this deserved reputation, was courted by both Chelsea and Manchester City, this Summer. Juventus, however, remained firm and are now set to present Bonucci with an 'anti-Guardiola' contract in order to keep him in Turin for the foreseeable future.
Tuttosport reported the news this morning, alongside news of a new deal for Argentine forward Paolo Dybala, with the headline, 'Bonucci and Dybala, we'll sign' while the sub heading reads, "For the defender a new anti-Guardiola contract is ready, for the forward negotiations to put him among the top players".

It is not yet clear what specifics an 'anti-Guardiola' contract entails, but what Tuttosport do inform us is that the deal will be worth more than 5 million euros a year and will keep Bonucci at Juventus Stadium until 2021.
