All hell broke loose in a Brazilian youth game between Corinthians Under 20's and Flamengo Under 20's.
Flamengo goalkeeper Hugo Souza was the hero, saving a penalty from Nathan in the 0-0 draw to ensure his side moved onto to the Campeonato Brasileiro Sub-20 final after winning the first leg 2-1.
But his celebrations were delayed, with the 20-year old ending up getting attacked by the opposition side in shocking scenes post-match.
Several players got in his face and struck him - but just when more Corinthians players arrived to tried and diffuse the situation, defender Raul Gustavo came out of nowhere and hit Hugo with a flying "Superman Punch".

The shotstopper reacted by attempting to kick out at Gustavo, who has since issued apology on Instagram for his conduct.
"No word I write in this text could justify a thoughtless act like the one I had today." he wrote, also apologising directly to Hugo and his family.
