Dejan Lovren Has Given Harry Kane A New Nickname

The Harry Kane jokes do not look like they will be ending anytime soon, with Dejan Lovren now coming up with a new nickname for the Tottenham striker.

The Croatian defender referred to the England international as 'Mr Touch' - a not-so-subtle nod to the 'goal' he claimed against Stoke City - when he commented on Mo Salah's Instagram post reflecting on yet another individual accolade.

If Lovren's hilarious pose in the picture wasn't enough, he then produced the bit of banter in response to his teammate Salah, who asked his colleague if he voted for him.

Liverpool fans loved the exchange between their two players, in particular the new moniker Lovren has given to Kane:

Let's hope Kane isn't too offended by this one!

Meanwhile, 43-goal revelation Salah has added another impressive honour to his collection after becoming the first African player to win the Football Writers' Player of the Year.

The former Roma and Chelsea man pipped Manchester City midfield master Kevin De Bruyne to the award, while Kane finished in third place following his 27-goal campaign in the Premier League.
