Deyverson produced the greatest bit of time-wasting in football history during Palmeiras' 2-1 victory over Flamengo in the Copa Libertadores final.
Palmeiras retained their title after Deyverson capitalised on a mistake from Andreas Pereira during extra-time inside the Estadio Centenario.

When the 30-year-old realised there were just seconds to play, he decided he wanted his side to have every chance of lifting the trophy.
What did he do? Well, the referee gave him a tap on the back to speed things up and Deyverson fell to the ground so dramatically.

Deyverson is six foot two by the way.
Fans have reacted to his actions and they respect how low he's gone to secure victory for his team.
One commented: "Brutal from the ref, he should get a straight red."
Another added: "Deyverson with next-level sh**housery for Palmeiras at the end of the Libertadores final with Flamengo. So pathetic you almost have to respect it!"

While a third said: "This is probably the greatest footballing moment of 2021."
Victory means Palmeiras are the first team in 20 years to win back to back Copa Libertadores trophies.
The last team to do so were Argentine outfit Boca Juniors in 2000/2001.

Raphael Veiga opened the scoring inside five minutes before Flamengo levelled through Barbosa to force an extra 30 minutes.
Pereira, on loan from Manchester United, then slipped inside his own half to let Deyverson run in and smash home a winner.

It means Palmeiras will take part in the Club World Cup next year and it potentially sets up a clash with Champions League winners Chelsea.
Imagine if Deyverson tries that kind of play-acting with Antonio Rudiger or Thiago Silva? Good luck.
