Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno was given a straight red card for handling the ball outside his area in the club's Premier League clash against Wolves on Tuesday night.

Mikel Arteta's side went down to nine men at Molineux after the German shot-stopper punched the ball outside of his penalty area in a moment of madness.

Leno joined David Luiz in being sent off after this bizarre incident. What was he thinking?!

It was an evening to forget for Arsenal, despite starting the game well.

Arteta's side were unlucky not to go ahead when Bukayo Saka was adjudged to have been offside by VAR but they soon went ahead though Nicolas Pepe.

Things were going smoothly until David Luiz brought down Wolves new boy Willian Jose in the box and as a result, the Brazilian defender sent off for his troubles.

Ruben Neves then slotted home the equaliser from the penalty spot.

Match-winner Joao Moutinho then made it 2-1 with one hell of a strike.
