Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma made sure the world could see teammate N'Golo Kante during the club's post-match Champions League celebrations.
Thomas Tuchel's secured a historic win at the Estadio do Dragao on Saturday night as a 42nd-minute goal from German international Kai Havertz denied Pep Guardiola's Manchester City their first major European title.
It was a night to remember for many, including the ever-impressive Kante, who was named Man of the Match after a tireless performance in Chelsea's midfield.
The humble Frenchman was the talk of social media both during and after the game. He 'pocketed' Kevin de Bruyne throughout the final, refused to waste time in the final minutes and gave the Champions League trophy a shy and awkward pat.
Moments after touching the trophy, the modest midfielder walked to the back of the group as club captain Cesar Azpilicueta lifted the famous trophy aloft alongside his teammates. Kante, meanwhile, couldn't be seen by those watching at home.

Well, that's until defender Kurt Zouma lifted his 5ft 6in teammate in the air so he could get the recognition he deserved.
It was no less than he deserved. Kante delivered a man of the match display in Chelsea's Champions League final victory and proved impossible to pass - even winning the most aerial duels for his side as he ran tirelessly throughout the night.

As you can see from the below compilation of his performance, he was relentless at breaking up Man City's attack.
What a performance. What a player. Does he deserve to be in contention for the Ballon d'Or?
