Imagine the scene. You are playing a casual game of FIFA Ultimate Team when your opponent unintentionally picks up the ball (with his actual hands) and scores.
Believe it or not, that's what happened when one lucky gamer scored one of the most ridiculous goals in FIFA history earlier when he handled in the penalty area and volleyed home.
Reddit user u/sujan1996 posted the footage to social media with the caption: "When you tell Americans to make a football game..."

it quickly went viral, with many calling it the most ridiculous glitch of all time.
The latest installment of the popular franchise has been plagued with glitches but this has to be the strangest one yet.
One fan commented on the clip, saying: "I'm actually almost in tears laughing. This game doesn't fail to disappoint," while another said: "In all my years of FIFA, this has got to be the most bullshit goal I have ever seen."

Have you ever seen anything like it?
Of course, this isn't the only glitch FIFA has provided us with this year. A FIFA 20 fan shared a screenshot of his game which saw Manchester United's Mason Greenwood transform into a woman.

Reddit user BurntSync posted an image with the caption: "As much as this is EA's fault for making a s**t game. I'm honoured to be transferred to a team with the first female striker. This is supposed to be Greenwood btw."
Some fans on the post seem to have cracked the case as to why the 18-year-old suddenly transformed.

They speculated that it could be the render for former Manchester United Women captain Alex Greenwood.
Although it's hard to judge off one picture, many have speculated that the game could have glitched to show the wrong Greenwood on the pitch.
Last month saw a popular Twitch streamer decide to try his hand at Farming Simulator after becoming so frustrated with the game.

While some took a stand against the 'Ultimate Team' game mode last year by organising a protest outside EA headquarters in Bucharest.
