Harry Kane has reportedly "shaken hands" on a record-breaking transfer to Manchester City after being given the green light from Daniel Levy.
Earlier this summer, prior to England's run to the Euro 2020 final, reports emerged indicating Kane had informed Spurs of his desire to leave the club in pursuit of trophies.
City had appeared to be the most likely destination if he was to get his wish and The Sun say Spurs chief Levy has agreed to let his talisman leave for the Premier League champions.

Levy is known for playing hard-ball over negotiations but is said to have told the 28-year-old and his brother and agent Charlie the news last Friday.
Two days later, Kane is believed to have told family and friends about the £160 million move while best man at Charlie's wedding.

The story made the front page this morning and claims Kane will earn £400,000-a-week at the Etihad Stadium.
No contract has been signed just yet but there is talk of a four or five-year deal on the table for the England skipper, who has an incredible tally of 221 goals in 336 games for Spurs.
His last campaign saw him top the Premier League's goals and assists charts.
The deal looks set to smash the British record £89 million fee that Manchester United paid to bring Paul Pogba back from Juventus in 2016, while Kane will become City and the Premier League's highest earner.

There has been talk that City would look to include players in a proposal for Kane, with Brazil forward Gabriel Jesus one of the stars mentioned.
"Harry and Charlie got the call at the end of last week," a club source told The Sun.
"Obviously Harry was delighted because he never wanted to leave Spurs, his beloved boyhood club, on bad terms.

"Daniel Levy is a canny operator though and after Harry's brilliant efforts and goals at the Euros his value has never been higher.
"By waiting until now, he has probably put another £20 million or so on his price tag. A contract with Man City has not yet been signed but this is Harry's preference.
"It is also preferable from Spurs' viewpoint. They do not want to lose him to another London side.
"Terms have provisionally been agreed, and it's an incredible deal. It's now just a case of dotting the i's and crossing the t's.
