Heung-Min Son couldn't bring himself to watch South Korea's game-winning penalty in the game against Uzbekistan today.
The Spurs attacker is captaining his country at the Asian Games, where the team have just reached the semi-finals courtesy of a dramatic 4-3 victory.
Son provided two assists in the game and when South Korea were awarded a penalty with two minutes of extra time remaining, many would have expected him to step up and take the spot-kick.

However, Hwang Hee-Chan of Red Bull Salzburg was afforded the opportunity to more or less win the game and made no mistake from the spot - setting up a semi-final clash with Syria or Vietnam.
But for Son, it was too much for him to watch his teammate take the penalty; he had to turn the other way with his hands covering his face.
He then looked up straight away and joined his teammates in celebrating a monumental victory that takes them a step closer to that all-important Gold medal and exemption from compulsory military service.

According to national law, all men must do 21 months of National Service before the age of 28. However, the South Korean Army does provide exemptions for sports stars who perform exceptionally at major tournaments.
That means Son and his colleagues are now just two wins from avoiding military service altogether.
With the semi-final slated for Wednesday, the former Hamburg man will be unavailable for Spurs for a little longer but victory in the competition will be much better for Mauricio Pochettino's side in the long-term.
