Leicester City are in search of a new manager and the two names being linked with the vacancy are very different.
Following a dire run of form which has left them 18th in the table after just one win the Premier League this season, Craig Shakespeare was relieved of his duties yesterday.
Just four months after being given the job as permanent Foxes boss, following on from his time as interim boss once Claudio Ranieri was sacked, Shakespeare was given the boot a day after seeing his side draw 1-1 with West Brom at the King Power Stadium.

And now on the hunt to bring in a swift replacement, both Sean Dyche and Carlo Ancelotti are the two names in the frame, it seems.
According to John Percy of The Telegraph, Leicester are considering an approach for Dyche, who has guided his Burnley side into seventh place in the Premier League so far after a brilliant start to the campaign.
As per the report, Leicester chiefs have drawn up a shortlist of potential candidates, with chairman and vice-chairman, Vichai and Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, discussing the matter in a conference call with director of football Jon Rudkin.
Dyche would appear to be the leading name at the moment and the club are reportedly considering pressing forward with the pursuit in the next few days. The former Watford boss has a £2.5 million buy-out clause in his contract, which was inserted when he committed his future at Turf Moor by signing a new deal in the summer.

Thomas Tuchel, Chris Coleman, Sam Allardyce and former boss Nigel Pearson are not in the running, as per Percy, but Ancelotti is said to be an option.

The three-time Champions League winner was only recently given his P45 at Bayern Munich last month, with the 3-0 defeat to PSG in the Champions League the final nail in his coffin.

He has already been linked with a whole host of managerial jobs, and given his track record, which includes a Premier League and FA Cup double with Chelsea in 2009/10, would be a high-profile appointment against Leicester if they can make it happen.
