A video of Pele performing modern day tricks made famous by the likes of Zinedine Zidane, Johan Cruyff and Andres Iniesta has gone viral.

Pele, regarded by many as one of the greatest footballers of all time, is the only player in history to win three World Cups - and eventually went on to become Brazil's all-time top goalscorer, scoring 95 goals in 114 games.

He netted 643 times for Brazilian side Santos and in 2000, the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner was voted World Player of the Century by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics.

For all those remarkable stats, the prolific goalscorer is also responsible for giving the world an array of never-before-seen skills throughout the 60's and 70's.

As you can see in the clip below, Pele performs skills such as Andres Iniesta's signature 'La Croqueta' move, decades before the Spaniard started the trend.

French journalist Didier Roustan posted the video with the caption: "Pelé is the greatest. He invented everything 10-20-30 years before the others.

"He had everything, absolutely everything... so yes the greatest of all time, indisputably and definitely.

In terms of his goals, no footage exists of Pele's favourite against Atletico Juventus in 1959; so it had to be digitally recreated with modern software.

That's right. An animation was created based on both Pele's description and those in attendance that day.

As he heads towards goal, the Brazilian volleys the ball over two defenders and goalkeeper before scoring with his head. Throughout this sequence, the ball doesn't bounce once.

Is Pele the greatest of all time?
