In what will go down as one of the best moments of the season, Christian Eriksen has scored within a minute on his return to international football.
Nine months after he suffered a cardiac arrest at the European Championship, the Brentford midfielder is back playing for Denmark, doing what he does best - scoring for his country.
In fact, Eriksen netted with his first touch against the Netherlands after coming on at half-time. And it was a wonderful strike to make it 3-2.
Eriksen replaced fellow midfielder Jesper Lindström before the second half got underway - a moment that brought huge applause from those inside the Johan Cruyff Arena, including opposition manager Louis van Gaal.
Last month, after completing a move back to the Premier League, Eriksen received a standing ovation as he made his first appearance since suffering a cardiac arrest at Euro 2020.

In fact, the 30-year-old was handed a goosebump-worthy reception from both sets of supporters when he was introduced to Brentford's clash against Newcastle United in the 52nd minute.
Newcastle players even showed their respect, applauding the Danish midfielder onto the pitch.
It has been a steady return for Eriksen, who has penned a six-month deal at Brentford, and if all goes to plan, the midfielder hopes to play for Denmark at the World Cup later this year.

"My goal is to play in the World Cup in Qatar. I want to play," Eriksen told Danish outlet DR. "That's been my mindset all along. It's a goal, a dream. Whether I'll be picked is another thing. But it's my dream to come back.
"I'm sure I can come back because I don't feel any different.
"Physically, I'm back in top shape. That's been my goal and it's still some time away, so until then I'm just going to play football and prove that I'm back at the same level."
It is great to see Eriksen scoring again on the international stage.
