The trailer for a film about Zlatan Ibrahimovic's life has dropped and it looks incredible.
'I Am Zlatan' - a biopic about the Swedish football star, has been in the works for a while now after a Scandinavian film producer first shed details in 2018.
On Monday fans got a sneak peek at the movie as Ibrahimovic shared the trailer on his official social media channels and we're already desperate for it to be released.
The film is an adaptation of the well-travelled striker's 2014 autobiography 'I, Ibra', which he wrote alongside David Lagercrantz.

Lagercrantz teamed up with Jakob Beckman for the writing on this project, with Jens Sjogren directing.
Given it is his story being told, Ibrahimovic lent his hand when it came to writing the script and filming took place in Sweden and Amsterdam - two locations absolutely integral to his journey to the top.
As seen in the trailer, the film will tell the story of Ibrahimovic's childhood in Malmo, a 'harsh, underprivileged suburb' that his immigrant parents moved to in 1977.

It will showcase how his difficult upbringing, which involved his Bosnian Muslim father and Catholic Croat mother divorcing when he was just two, shaped him into a phenomenon on the pitch.
The picture, slated for release in September, will also detail his meteoric rise to prominence at Ajax and how he became a world star.
Multiple actors (Dominic Andersson Bajraktati and Granit Rushiti) were cast to play the 39-year-old at different stages of his life, from the mischievous youngster to the talented teenager.

Mino Raiola, Ibrahimovic's long-time agent and close friend, is played by Emmanuele Aita.
Zlatan himself does not star in the film but the former Barcelona and Manchester United forward will make his Hollywood debut in the upcoming production of Asterix and Obelisk: The Middle Kingdom.
He will be playing a character called 'Antivirus'.
