It looks like Gonzalo Higuain is set to ply his trade in England's top flight.
Gonzalo Higuain's been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League over the years, and it appears he's on the verge of completing a move to England this January window.

Higuain, who moved to AC Milan in 2018 on a season-long loan, is reportedly close to completing a transfer to Chelsea.
The 31-year-old was drafted in by AC Milan from Juventus last summer, but it appears he'll end his spell at the San Siro by heading to West London.
Maurizio Sarri is keen on snapping up a striker this month, and he's hoping to reunite with Higuain following their stint working together at Napoli.

The Argentine frontman bagged a stunning 36 Serie A goals from 35 appearances under Sarri's tutelage in the 2015/16 campaign.
Despite reports linking Higuain to Stamford Bridge, AC Milan's sporting director Leonardo has urged him to get his head down ahead of the second half of the season.
"A goal can change things, but if he is to continue here, he needs to take on responsibility," he said.

"He had a tough moment, he has to put it behind him and get to work. There's no point following rumours and gossip.
"He is here right now. Seeing as he is here, he needs to get down and actually do something for this team."
Higuain's had a nightmare term thus far. He's only netted six goals in the league as he struggles for form.

Chelsea's strikers aren't doing too good this season, either. Alvaro Morata has scored just five league goals, and Olivier Giroud has only one league goal to his name.
As well as Higuain, Chelsea are believed to be keeping tabs on Bournemouth's Callum Wilson, who was a reported £50 million price tag.
