Paris Saint-Germain's record breaking, Qatar funded 2017 summer transfer window may go down in history as one of the most outrageous spending sprees of all time, but it appears there is one player who the club from the French capital won't be able to lure to the Parc des Princes, this summer.

While the Parisian club looks to tie up another astronomic deal, this time for Monaco's teenage sensation Kylian Mbappe, it looks as if Unai Emery will have to make do without Mbappe's teammate, Fabinho.

The Brazilian midfielder was believed to be on PSG's radar as part of a double deal worth north of £200 million, along with Mbappe, but now it looks as though Fabinho will be staying with the French champions.

RMC Sport, who had previously reported that Monaco would target a move for Anderlecht midfielder Leander Dendoncker to replace Fabinho, are now claiming that the Brazilian's move to Paris is dead.

The 23-year-old midfielder was a key figure in Monaco's French League title victory, last season and has been linked with a plethora of major European clubs this summer, as a result. He has made 190 appearances for the French champions, scoring 23 goals and winning four caps for Brazil, in the process.
