It has been revealed that two Manchester United players missed out on personal goodbyes from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after his dismissal as manager, according to the Daily Star.
Neither Paul Pogba or Edinson Cavani were at Carrington due to their respective injuries, as Solskjaer bid farewell to the players and staff.
Pogba picked up an injury whilst training with France during the most recent international break, and the Manchester Evening News reports that he could be out for up to three months.

The 28-year-old is currently continuing his rehabilitation out in Dubai, meaning he missed the chance to say goodbye to Solskjaer in person.
Meanwhile, Cavani is currently on the treatment table following United's return from the 2-2 Champions League draw away at Atalanta.
There appeared to be no bad blood following Solskjaer's exit though, as the club published an emotional video interview with the Norwegian following his sacking. A host of tributes from past and current players were also displayed on the official website.

But attention now turns to the future, and Michael Carrick will be eager to get off to a winning start during his temporary stint in charge when United play away at Villarreal on Tuesday night. The games come thick and fast, with a trip to Premier League leaders Chelsea to follow next Sunday.
The club revealed in a statement this morning that an interim manager will be appointed until the end of the season.
A host of big names have been linked with taking the role on a permanent basis, and includes the likes of: Mauricio Pochettino, Zinedine Zidane, Erik ten Haag and Brendan Rodgers.
Antonio Conte was also reportedly willing to entertain the possibility of talks with United before becoming Tottenham Hotspur's new head coach.
