Paris Saint-Germain star Marco Verratti says he will apply for French citizen following his prolonged stint in France.
The 29-year-old has enjoyed 10 seasons in Paris following his move from Pescara in 2012.
He's become a vital member of the PSG set-up, cleaning up domestic honours - winning the league title an impressive eight times.
The midfielder has settled in the French capital, with his children born in the country.

He's hailed Paris as a 'fantastic' city and claims he 'feels very French'.
Verratti has also revealed that he plans to apply for French nationality following his spell at PSG.
Speaking to Italian outlet Gazzetta Dello Sport via Get French Football News, he said: "Paris is a fantastic city, and this country has given me a lot.
"I feel very French while remaining Italian."

Verratti added: "One day, I will apply for French nationality, since my children were born here."
The Italy international has racked up 378 appearances for the club and will likely be an important cog in the wheel of Christophe Galtier's PSG reign.
