PSG Offer Neymar Out To Elite European Team

PSG Offer Neymar Out To Elite European Team

Neymar could be up for grabs after PSG secured Kylian Mbappe's future last month and the Brazilian has already been offered out to one team.

Neymar could be headed out of Paris Saint-Germain this summer, with the Ligue 1 champions reportedly having offered him out already.

Despite being the most expensive player in the history of football, it's fair to say that Neymar hasn't always lived up to expectation, especially since moving to PSG.

The Brazilian forward cost the Ligue 1 giants £196 million in 2017 and so far the most amount of appearances he's made in a season is just 31 and in two seasons he's played less than half the league games.

The arrival of Lionel Messi last summer once again but the former Barcelona player in the shadow of his good friend, whose shadow he moved to Paris in order to get out of, whilst Kylian Mbappe has become the star of the show at the Parc des Princes.

Mbappe signed a new deal last month at the club, rather than his expected move to Real Madrid, and according to reports one promise made to the player was that Neymar would leave.

Now, according to Footmercato, the 30-year-old has been offered to Juventus, with Max Allegri seriously considering the forward as an option.

Juventus expert Luca Momblano has also claimed on Juventibus that the Brazil star has been offered to the Serie A giants, who are looking to get back to the top of the mountain at home and in Europe, on loan.

It won't be an easy deal to do, for anyone, with the player's current team unlikely to let him go too cheap and with his wages also to factor in.

Despite the fact he won't be cheap, previous reports have claimed that Neymar could be available for £76 million, which would see Parisians take a huge loss.

Juve spent €70 million on Dusan Vlahovic from Fiorentina in January, after they beat Arsenal to the signing, with the Serbian scoring seven goals in just 15 league appearances.

However it wasn't enough for them to challenge for the league title, as they finished 16 points off champions AC Milan, meaning after nine years of consecutive title wins, they've now gone the past two campaigns without success.

Allegri will also be hoping to improve in the Champions League, where the Old Lady were knocked out by Villarreal in the last 16, before the Spanish side also beat Bayern Munich in the quarters.

The team has also lost Paulo Dybala, after the Bianconeri decided not to renew the Argentina forward's deal, and he looks set to move to Inter Milan.

One of the few teams who could afford Neymar, and his wages, are Newcastle United, since the Premier League side were taken over by Saudi Arabian owners last year.

The Magpies have been linked with the PSG star, although it would be a huge change of direction from the transfers they've completed so far, and others they've been recently linked with.

Whoever does end up with Neymar next season, even if it's his current team, will be hoping to get more out of him than in recent years.
