Paris Saint-Germain Steward Had An Incredible Reaction To Lionel Messi's Panenka Penalty Vs RB Leipzig

Lionel Messi scored a delicious chipped penalty and one steward absolutely loved it.

A Paris Saint-Germain steward seriously enjoyed Lionel Messi's 'Panenka' penalty in the 3-2 win over RB Leipzig at the Parc Des Princes.

Following his stunning strike against Manchester City, Messi scored his second and third Champions League goals for PSG in the comeback win.

PSG went 1-0 up early on through Kylian Mbappe but Leipzig turned the game around and led courtesy of goals from Andre Silva and Nordi Mukiele.

Then Messi levelled matters with a close-range tap in, before scoring the winner from the spot in delightful fashion.

Messi waited for goalkeeper Péter Gulácsi to make the move and destroyed the Hungarian by deftly dinking the ball down the middle while he dived to the left.

PSG fans erupted in celebration but a pitchside steward also couldn't help but react. In a viral video, the security guard couldn't help but look at Messi converting in exquisite fashion.

Trying to play it cool and low-key at the same time, he did a little crouching/bounce motion on the spot and then a fist pump action.

That's the effect that Messi has on people. You would have no doubt seen him crack a beaming smile had he not been wearing a face-mask.

We hope his superiors don't stumble across the footage but surely they'd let it slide given it is Messi and the penalty he produced was pure filth.

Messi actually had the chance to score his first PSG hat-trick in stoppage time when Mauricio Pochettino's side were awarded a second spot-kick.

However, he let Mbappe take it and the Frenchman ballooned his penalty over the bar and into the stands.
