Richarlison was handed a yellow card for celebrating a goal that was eventually ruled out for offside during Spurs' win against Fulham.
The Brazilian forward, who completed a move from Everton to North London this summer in a deal worth £60 million, was handed a rare place in Antonio Conte's starting eleven on Saturday afternoon.
And in-form Spurs walked away with all three points thanks to goals from Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Harry Kane.
Fulham striker Aleksander Mitrovic, who has now scored six league goals this season, managed to claw one back for Marco Silva's side, but it wasn't enough as Conte's men look strong in second place
Things could have went from bad to worse for newly promoted Fulham when, in the dying embers of Saturday's game, the ever-entertaining Richarlison thought he'd made it 3-1 after tapping in from close range.

He proceeded to take his shirt off and run towards the corner flag to celebrate but after a replay of the goal went to VAR, it was eventually ruled out for offside.
To rub salt into the wounds Richarlison was booked for taking off his shirt in the aftermath of his goal celebration.
