Cristiano Ronaldo was filmed enjoying a kickabout with kids during Al Nassr’s pre-season tour in Japan.

Back in January, Ronaldo sent shockwaves across the world of football when he signed for Saudi Professional League side Al Nassr.

In the second half of the 22/23 season, Ronaldo managed to score 14 goals in 19 appearances for his new club.

Ahead of the new season, Ronaldo was filmed playing football with a group of kids during Al Nassr’s pre-season tour in Osaka, Japan. You can watch the footage below.

Ronaldo showed no mercy as he showed his brilliant skills by dribbling past pretty much everyone before playing the ball across for one of the kids to score.

The Portuguese then celebrated with the group in what was truly a wholesome moment.

Fans were quick to react on social media.

One said: “I love that he is aggressive and determined during the game and kind and humble outside the game.”

Another tweeted: “Unforgettable memories for the kids.”

A third fan added: “This is what it’s about.”

Someone else wrote: “How can you hate this man?”

Whilst a fifth commented: “What a guy things you love to see my goat.”

Ronaldo and Al Nassr have had a tough time recently, after beating Alverca and Farense, they were beaten 5-0 by Spanish La Liga side Celta Vigo and then 4-1 by Portuguese outfit Benfica.

Speaking in a recent interview, Ronaldo declared that his time in European football is over.

He said: “I'm 100 per cent sure I won't return to any European club. They criticised me for coming to the Saudi league, but what happened now? I opened the way to the Saudi league and now all the players are coming here.

“I won't return to European football, the door is completely closed.”

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner added: “I'm 38 years old, also European football has lost a lot of quality. The only league that for me has a lot of quality and is at a higher level than all the others is the Premier League.”
