Steven Gerrard ran straight over to the travelling Celtic fans after scoring a penalty for Liverpool Legends in a charity game.
The 42-year-old former Rangers manager, who memorably lifted the Scottish Premiership during his three year spell at Ibrox, captained Sir Kenny Dalglish's side on Saturday for the LFC Foundation clash against Celtic Legends.
Featuring alongside Luis Garcia, Dirk Kuyt, Gary McAllister, Momo Sissoko and Martin Skrtel, who recently revealed he is playing as an attacker in his native Slovakia, the former Liverpool skipper looked at home in midfield.

And with 37 minutes on the clock, he confidently stepped up when the home side were gifted a penalty after Darren O'Dea brought down Martin Skrtel.
After being booed by some Celtic supporters, Gerrard sent Celtic goalkeeper Artur Boruc the wrong way before taunting those 4,000 Hoops' fans inside Anfield with a 'shush' gesture – a moment that didn't exactly go down well.
In fact, objects appeared to be thrown at the former Rangers boss as he celebrated with his teammates.
