Mauricio Pochettino is expected to lose his Paris Saint-Germain job in the near future, and the club reportedly have a 10 man shortlist to replace him.
Pochettino's future has already been in doubt several times during his relatively short time as PSG manager, taking over in January 2021.
As early as last summer the former Tottenham Hotspur boss was reportedly unhappy in the French capital, and wanting a return to Spurs.
PSG's elimination in the Champions League to Real Madrid last week, following Karim Benzema's 17 minute hat-trick, led to rumours that Pochettino's time as manager of the Ligue 1 leaders could even come to an end before the season is finished.
According to L'Equipe there is 10 names on the shortlist to take over from the 50-year-old, with Zinedine Zidane, Diego Simeone and Antonio Conte on the list.
Max Allegri, Erik ten Hag, Christophe Galtier, Mikel Arteta, Simeone Inzaghi, Thiago Motta and Lucien Favre are the names who make up the rest of the list.
Zidane has long been linked with the job at the Parc des Princes and his preference to move there is reportedly one reason he didn't want the Manchester United job when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was sacked.
The three times Champions League winning manager has only been in charge of Real Madrid in the past but has also been heavily linked with the France job.
Didier Deschamps' position with the national team could be up in December, following the World Cup in Qatar, and that might stop Zidane taking the Paris job.
If Zidane isn't the man then the likes of Simeone and Allegri could interest the owners, as people who have won silverware and reached the latter stages of the Champions League.
Whilst Pochettino has been linked with the United job, fans suddenly went off him following the loss to Real last week and instead wanted Ajax boss Ten Hag.
If the Old Trafford outfit go for Poch then Ten Hag could be the answer for the Ligue 1 giants, though he also has history of bottling a Champions League game, losing 3-1 at home to Pochettino's Spurs in 2019.
Galtier is the man who stopped Pochettino from winning his first league title as a manager last season, when he took Lille to a shock title victory.
The 55-year-old now has Nice in second place in the league, level on points with south coast rivals Marseille, though his history in the Champions League isn't as distinguished as the other candidates.
