A compilation of Manchester United’s woeful passing against Wolves has emerged on Twitter as the fallout from the defeat continues.
United were outplayed for much of the Premier League match on Monday as Wolves claimed an impressive 1-0 win away from home – their first league victory at Old Trafford for almost 42 years.
United interim manager Ralf Rangnick has come under scrutiny after the defeat, with some doubting whether the German is the right man to lead the club forward.
Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp was among those to have questioned Rangnick's tactics since replacing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
“They [Wolves] were playing against a side that were so devoid of confidence, of ideas, of how to play the system,” Redknapp told Sky Sports.
"We speak about managers coming into the game and he came in with this famed 4-2-2-2 system and it doesn’t work.
“You have to have the right players, no matter what system you play.

“He went to a three at the back, a 4-2-2-2, by the end I think he was making up systems. There was no real idea, no identity of how they were trying to play.”
Wolves enjoyed 49 per cent of the possession at Old Trafford and had 19 attempts on goal, compared to just nine shots from United.
While Rangnick has faced criticism for the result, a compilation video released on Twitter suggests that the players - not the manager - are most to blame for the defeat.
The video shows numerous incidents during the match where United players fail to complete simple passes and surrender possession cheaply.
Twitter user Utd_Ryan_ uploaded the video to his account on Wednesday, alongside the sarcastic caption: “Ralf’s tactics are clearly the biggest problem at Manchester United.”
Other fans on Twitter have criticised United's players for being unable to play “basic football”.
MUFCRELOADDED wrote: “Same happened under Ole but people constantly blamed him & his coaching. Watch every one of the s*** shows we were having, basically every goal was an individual error.
“They’re getting the basics of football wrong, which no manager in world football can teach.”
Fozzy_mufc added: “Is the fact that they can barely even play basic football anymore not a potential result of the last 3 years of coaching though?
“They haven't operated as a proper team for the best part of 2 years.”
Rangnick will hope for an improved performance when United return to action against Aston Villa in the third round of the FA Cup on Monday.
United then face Villa again later next week, with Steven Gerrard’s side returning to Old Trafford in the Premier League on Saturday.
