Rafael Van Der Vaart's Brutal Response To Timo Werner Being Compared To Robin Van Persie

Rafael van der Vaart threatened to "walk away" after hearing Timo Werner being compared to his compatriot Robin van Persie.
Werner scored twice and set another up in Chelsea's thrilling 3-3 draw with Zenit St Petersburg.
His first was a poachers' goal 83 seconds into the Group H clash, and then after assisting Romelu Lukaku, he put the European Champions in the lead again five minutes from time.
He timed his run well in the box, shimmied inside and produced a composed finish.
On Ziggo Sport's coverage, it was mentioned that the goal had a hint of Van Persie about it with the way it was taken.
But former Spurs man Van der Vaart, who played with Van Persie for years with the Netherlands national team, was not having it one bit.

Van der Vaart is outspoken as ever and has called out the likes of Harry Maguire and Lionel Messi during his punditry appearances.
Werner has again struggled for goals in the Premier League but looked especially sharp in Saint Petersburg, linking up with Lukaku in impressive fashion.
The Blues couldn't claim all three points however, and Magomed Ozodyev's 94th minute stunner means that Juventus topped the group following their 1-0 win over Malmo.

As runners up, the holders could end up facing Real Madrid, Ajax, Bayern Munich or Lille in the round of 16.
