Video Titled, 'People Really Forgot How Good Marcus Rashford Was' Has Gone Viral

Marcus Rashford is experiencing a tough time on the pitch at the moment, but this compilation reminds fans of what he's capable of.

A video titled, 'People really forgot how good Marcus Rashford was' has gone viral on social media.

The Manchester United forward's form has dropped massively this season, with Rashford looking out of sorts and devoid of any confidence when he's played.

After hitting 21 goals last term, Rashford has found the net just five times in all competitions this season and quite evidently hasn't been enjoying his football.

But you don't become a bad player overnight and one fan decided to remind everyone what Rashford is capable of by putting together a compilation.

The 26 second video from @TheShowtime Reds has garnered a whopping 1.6 million views, as well as 3,700 retweets and 32,000 likes.

It contains a series of clips where Rashford utterly destroys opponents with skill and pace. He was playing with such freedom, not afraid to expressive himself and try new things - from elasticos to flicking the ball over heads.

Under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Rashford hit a combined total of 43 goals in the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons and was United's most deadly attacker.

He took time off at the start of the season to undergo surgery following shoulder injury after playing through the pain for around two years with various problems.

But despite making a scoring return against Leicester in October, United's No.10 has really struggled and hasn't scored since January.

Criticised heavily by his own fans and even having a run-in with a supporter following the Champions League round of 16 defeat to Atletico Madrid, Rashford will be hoping to benefit from the arrival of new boss Erik ten Hag in the summer.

Wayne Rooney, United's record goalscorer and the man he inherited the No.10 shirt from, told Rashford to "f***ing get his head out of his a**e" in March and said he wanted him to surpass his goals tally.

Rashford scored twice in a dream United debut against FC Midtjylland in 2016 and has 93 goals in 303 appearances for the Red Devils.
