Jorge Masvidal Wants To Fight Conor McGregor Before He 'Overdoses On Cocaine'

Jorge Masvidal says he wants to "break Conor McGregor's face" before he "overdoses on cocaine".
The man simply known as 'Gamebred' clearly wants a fight against arguably the most famous mixed martial artist on the planet.
UFC welterweight contender Masvidal has been gunning for a scrap with Conor McGregor for quite some time now, but his latest call-out indicates things are starting to get pretty personal.
“Before this guy overdoses on cocaine and then the fight never happens and I don’t get to make all that easy money, I just want to break Conor’s face,” Masvidal told BLOCK ASSET.
“Let’s get that pay cheque, let’s get that out of the way, sell the most pay-per-views ever before this guy does harm to himself or somebody else, and I just like boom, get that cheque real quick cause I got kids, right? I need the f**king money.”
Well, at least he's honest.
But unfortunately for Masvidal, he'll have to join the growing list of fighters who are eager to get their hands on the trash-talking Irishman.
A bunch of UFC stars have recently called for McGregor's head, including 170-pound champ Kamaru Usman, 155-pound king Charles Oliveira, Michael Chandler, Justin Gaethje, Tony Ferguson and even age-old foe Dustin Poirier.
Masvidal is well aware of this and has a back-up option in mind if a proposed bout against McGregor falls through.
“Also, if I can’t get Conor I’m thinking probably Gilbert [Burns],” Masvidal added.
“Gilbert’s a good fight for me. I like him as a fighter because he comes to fight. He comes in to either submit a guy or knock a guy the f**k out. We’re gonna give the fans a f**king bloody fight if that goes down.”
At 37 years of age, Masvidal is one of the UFC's longest-serving employees having made his debut way back in 2013.
But despite that, he's still a valued member fo the roster – so much so that he recently secured the bag with a new contract.
So there's no surprises that he's eager to cash-in sooner rather than later and plans on stepping into the octagon sooner than expected.
“I would love to be there in December,” Masvidal said.
“It’s a strong possibility, November-December. Definitely going to fight this year no matter what. I don’t want to talk too much about it, but as you know, I got some little problems and stuff that I got to deal with, but I’m gonna be in there. I’m in it to win it. I’m at the gym, I’m training, I’m working on new things, I’m working on all things.”
