Paddy Pimblett Ends ‘Sausage’ Dillon Danis With Savage Tweet

Everyone’s favourite UFC star Paddy Pimblett has ended Conor McGregor’s training partner Dillon Danis with one swift Twitter takedown. 

Dillon ‘El Jefe’ Danis recently tried to goad Paddy ‘The Baddy’ into a grappling match, but the Englishman wasn’t having any of it.

Danis proposed the pair put some money into an escrow in a winner-takes-all situation, tweeting out the offer accompanied with a picture of multiple wads of cash. 

He tweeted: “Hey @theufcbaddy we both put 75k each in escrow and do a grappling match, winner takes all, you in?”

Of course, the outspoken Pimblett was quick to reply and took the opportunity to ridicule Danis’ offer while taking a shot at his relationship with McGregor.

He tweeted; “Why you getting Conor to send you pictures of his money you silly sausage, stop embarrassing yourself! Why would I grapple with you? I’ll punch your f***ing in for you if I see you ya soft c**t.”

Eloquently spoken as always.

Beyond the whole threat of having your head punched in, there really isn’t anything more demoralising than being called a ‘silly sausage’. 

Definitely seems like the Brit isn’t too interested in the grappling match, and to be fair ‘El Jefe’ is a four-time Grappling World Champion - so probably not in Pimblett’s best interest.

And the $75k escrow would amount to more than Pimblett even earned in his fight against Rodrigo Vargas at UFC London. 

Everyone was shocked when Pimblett was contracted to make just $12,000 for the fight and $12,000 for the win.

Together with the $50,000 he made for ‘Performance of the Night’ and the Liverpool fighter only walked away with $74,000.

However, Pimblett is worth big money now, with his stock going up after the media attention he received in the build-up to UFC London.

His manager, Graham Boyland revealed to Mirror Fighting that Pimblett is worth a lot more now than his original contract. 

Boyland said: “Everybody goes into the UFC on a standard contract.

“There’s no difference in what you do, you have to go and prove yourself. 

“I can categorically tell you now that contract’s gone, that’s gone - he’s on f***ing big money now. It is what it is, but I’m just happy for him.”

Perhaps he can well afford the grappling match with Danis now after all. 

‘The Baddy’ is getting set for his next fight in The 02 Arena at UFC London against the unranked Jordan Leavitt.
