Dana White says he fears Amanda Nunes going up against any of Kayla Harrison's two opponents would result in "the first death in MMA".
Harrison has been making waves in the PFL, where she is a two-time women's lightweight champion and has 12 professional victories under her belt since debuting in 2018.
The 31-year-old also won Olympic gold in Judo at London 2012 and Rio 2016 and has been tipped as reaching a similar level to UFC Hall of Famer Ronda Rousey in the future.
But UFC president White is not quite as high on Harrison, questioning her recent opponents to the point where he believes women's bantamweight and featherweight champion Nunes could kill them inside the cage.

"Kayla Harrison hasn’t fought anybody yet," he told Yahoo Sports.
"She hasn’t fought anybody. Let me put Amanda Nunes in with the girls that she's fought, might be the first death in MMA, okay?
"And listen, I like her. I got nothing against her. But come on, let’s be honest."
Last week, Harrison beat Taylor Guardado via submission to become PFL women's lightweight champion and collect a cool $1 million pay-out.
She is now a free agent as the bout was the last on her contract with the promotion. As of now, she doesn't know what her next move will be.

“I think right now … I don’t know,” Harrison told MMA Junkie.
“I have a lot of thinking to do. I have a lot of options. I have a lot to process. I’m happy with the PFL. I love the PFL. I think they’re a great organization. I feel like if we hadn’t taken that year off (for COVID-19), I’d probably love them a lot more. They’re doing all the right things. I believe in the format. We’ll see what happens.”
Prior to her win, Harrison had responded to comments made by 'Uncle Dana' by declaring she would "become the greatest of all time".
