Israel Adesanya Walks Out To UFC 276 Using The Undertaker's Entrance Music

Israel Adesanya Walks Out To UFC 276 Using The Undertaker's Entrance Music

The UFC middleweight champion entered his fight with Jared Cannonier using the WWE legend's music

Israel Adesanya made a huge entrance for his UFC 276 main event with Jared Cannonier using WWE legend, The Undertaker's entrance music.

Adesanya came to the octagon at Las Vegas in typical showman style as the Undertaker's music played out around the arena to welcome him inside the arena.

It wasn't just the music, as the lights dipped and smoke paved his way to the octagon, whilst he wore a hat in the style of the WWE Hall of Famer and carried an urn.

The urn had Cannonier's name on the front of it, as the Last Stylebender looked to make the latest challenge to his UFC title rest in peace.

It was a well timed entrance for Adesanya, with WWE having had their own huge event on the same night in Vegas, their Money in the Bank premier live event.

With WWE's show having finished, Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, Paul Levesque, known as Triple H, and Pat McAfee were in attendance at UFC 276.

Speaking exclusively to SPORTbible back in April, the Nigerian born New Zealander revealed he would like to move to WWE in the future.

The 32-year-old even named Randy Orton as his prefered tag partner, the Viper has plenty of experience with UFC fighters as he currently tags with former MMA star Matt Riddle.

Saturday was not the first time that Izzy has used an elaborate walk out ahead of a huge title fight, having done so when he became undisputed champion.

It came at UFC 243 as he took on Robert Whittaker, in the Australian's own backyard, and he danced his way into the arena in impressive style.

He was still dancing at the end of the fight, having defeated Whittaker to turn his interim belt into an undisputed one, a belt he's yet to give up since.

Ahead of his defence against Yoel Romero in March 2020, the pair of fighters busted out some moves at a press conference, and it was easily the best part of the fight.

Once they got into the octagon it was considered the worst title fight in UFC history, that was until Carla Esparza defeat of Rose Namajunas cause Adesanya to fall asleep.
