Joe Rogan’s reaction tells the whole story about Paddy Pimblett’s controversial UFC 282 victory

Paddy ‘The Baddy’ Pimblett remains undefeated

Joe Rogan produced a shocked reaction to Paddy ‘The Baddy’ Pimblett’s controversial UFC 282 victory over Jared Gordon.

After three rather comfortable victories, Pimblett’s fight against Gordon proved to be his toughest test.

The American was quick out of the blocks as he landed a number of combinations in the first couple of rounds. As the fight went the full distance, many fans thought Gordon would come out victorious.

However, Pimblett was announced as the winner by unanimous decision with 29-28 scorecards.

The decision was greeted by boos and moans from the crowd, one fan managed to capture Rogan’s reaction, he looked shocked and disappointed before going over to shake Pimblett’s hand. You can watch the footage below.

Fans were quick to react to Rogan’s expressions after the result.

One said: “Still thinking about this.. Many people are saying Joes face says it all.. I agree with many people.”

Another tweeted: “Joe Rogan's reaction says it all.”

A third fan added: “Paddy didn’t win that fight you can literally see @joerogan reaction lmao.”

Someone else commented: “Joe Rogan's reaction tells you what you need to know, Paddy did not win that fight at all, what an absolute robbery that was!”

However, Pimblett himself did not think it was a close fight at all. He said: “No it wasn’t, it wasn’t close. I won the first two rounds, and I coasted in the third.

“I knew I was two rounds up, so I didn’t want to do nothing dangerous and risk losing the fight. I knew for a fact I won the first two rounds pretty easily.”

The fighter from Liverpool also revealed that he suffered a slight injury during the fight.

“I’m not going to lie, I hurt my right foot in the first round. One of the first kicks I threw my right foot is in a bit of pain, I’m going to have to get that X-rayed,” Pimblett added.

After his latest victory, Pimblett remains undefeated since making his UFC debut in September 2021.
