Nate Diaz trolls Leon Edwards following UFC 286 victory over Kamaru Usman

Nate Diaz trolls Leon Edwards following UFC 286 victory over Kamaru Usman

Edwards defeated Diaz at UFC 263.

Nate Diaz was back to his usual tricks on Saturday night, goading UFC Welterweight champion Leon "Rocky" Edwards following his majority decision win over Kamaru Usman at UFC 286.

Diaz, who is currently unsigned after being removed from the UFC's roster in November, fell to a unanimous defeat to Leon Edwards at UFC 263, although it's a decision that he disputes.

Taking to Twitter following UFC 286, Diaz posted a short video of the final moments of his clash with Edwards, accompanied by a caption that reads: "Still King."

The video in question shows Diaz catching Edwards with a solid left hand, leaving the Jamaican born fighter to slug his way through the closing stages of an encounter which he had largely dominated.

Diaz appears to have erased the rest of the fight from his memory, instead choosing to focus on a punch which ultimately had little effect on the final scorecards.

Twitter users responded in appropriate fashion, mocking Diaz for his tweet.

One user tweeted: "bro landed one clean shot the entire fight lol."

Another added: "You'd start bleeding if your phone fell on your face."

A third went on to say: "No matter what happens somehow Nate always wins lol."

Whilst a fourth questioned: "King of losing?"

The 37-year-old has never been one to hold back when offering his opinion on high-profile sporting events, and recently tore into YouTuber turned WWE Superstar Logan Paul for his 'obnoxious' trash talking as his brother Jake took on Tommy Fury last month.

Again taking to Twitter, Diaz shared a video of Logan talking trash in-between rounds during the fight, accompanied by the caption:

"This guy needs his ass beat. And who let the spoiled lil b*tch yell obnoxious s*it during the fight?"

Diaz had previously been linked to a fight with Jake - who has previously defeated former UFC favourites Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley - although it appears he would rather take on Logan, who opted against replying to Diaz strongly worded tweet.

Jake Paul has confirmed that he intends to utilise a rematch clause in order to have a second shot at Tommy Fury, who claimed a split decision win over the American.
