Gyms are difficult places to go at the best of times, surrounded by huge men and women, lifting massive weights that you can't even imagine attempting, the pressure is real.
Now that's just your 'Average Joe' gym buff, what if a real, actual machine like I don't know, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, walked up beside you and went straight for the 100kg dumbbells while you're stood there like a lemon deliberating whether to go for the 10kgs or 12kgs?
Well for some poor schmuck in Yorkshire that is actually what happened, after the former wrestler turned up at a gym in Doncaster, taking the opportunity to fit in a quick workout while on a break from shooting his latest blockbuster close by.

Yes The Rock was actually in Doncaster, this is a thing that actually happened.
The 46-year-old who is currently filming a Furious spin-off called Hobbs and Shaw - which also stars the likes of Idris Elba and Jason Statham - at the nearby Eggborough power station, strolled into World Fitness Gym and spent an hour and a half working on is arms and stomach.
Gym boss Craie Carrera, 42, said the film star was 'aching by the end'.

Craie had been tipped off about the session by one of The Rock's bodyguards, who had visited two weeks before to scope the place out.
But his visit had been kept top secret otherwise to prevent wild crowds from trying to catch a glimpse of the star.
Craie said: "People were just working out and getting on with their own business when he walked in.
"They were having kittens when they saw him, I don't suppose they were expecting it.

"I helped him with the work out and pushed him pretty hard, his arms were aching by the end.
"He was a really down to earth guy, really nice and easy to get on with."
He added: "His team had obviously researched the gym by sending someone over two weeks before.

"Dwayne has taken a look and decided that this would be a good place for him to work out."
Pictures show Johnson posing alongside Craie, himself a professional bodybuilder, his wife Alicia and their 14 month-old daughter Destiny.
Alicia said: "When he turned up, he was great.
"He was chatting to members, posing for photos and signing autographs and everything.

"He was absolutely wonderful. One member got a shirt signed."
Last week Johnson paid an emotional tribute to his old friend and Marvel creator Stan Lee who sadly passed away.
In a post to his Instagram account he wrote: "We lost a good one. What a man and what a life.
"Marvel's original superhero and co-creator of IRON MAN, SPIDER-MAN, THE HULK, X-MEN etc.
"When I first broke into Hollywood, years ago he was so warm and welcoming to me - I'll never forget it."
