Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi has failed to make the highest-rated XI in the FIFA series -- despite holding a whopping 94 overall rating in FIFA 20.
The Argentine forward, 32, holds a higher rating than fierce rival Cristiano Ronaldo in the latest instalment in EA Sports' franchise.
But the Juventus superstar, 34, has held the 94 rating in the past and has made the best FIFA XI of all time.

Brazilian legend Roberto Carlos is the highest-rated left-back in FIFA history due to his FIFA 05 card.
The centre-back pairing is former Real Madrid skipper Fernando Hierro (awarded a 94 rating in FIFA 02) and AC Milan legend Alessandro Nesta (awarded a 94 rating in FIFA 05).
Luis Figo has been placed at RM after he boasted an impressive 97 overall in FIFA 02, while Ronaldo is placed at LM after previously holding a 94 rating in FIFA 18 and FIFA 19.

And pairing alongside Henry is none other than Brazilian legend Ronaldo, who boasted the highest score in FIFA history with his incredible 98 rating in FIFA 04.
