UFC superstar Conor McGregor seems to have revealed that he's set to return to the fight game.
In his latest social media post, the Irishman took the opportunity to cheer on compatriot and boxing world champion Katie Taylor, ahead of her bout with Delfine Persoon this weekend on the Anthony Joshua under-card.
But in the process, the 30-year-old appears to have confirmed that he too is gearing up for a professional fight.

The post, a photo of him stood alongside Taylor, came with the caption: "This is one of my favorite pictures! What an experience it was to watch this woman fight live!
"If I was not in a cast from my own fight preparations, I would be ringside for this fight 100 percent! Back this woman all the way!"
See that? Let's read it again: "If I was not in a cast from my own fight preparations..."

If his aim was to get us intrigued, he's succeeded. Well played Conor, well played.
He continued: "Aiming to become the Unified World Boxing Champion this weekend! The first boxer male or female from the Emerald Isle to ever reach this coveted position!
"Ireland's Katie Taylor! What a woman."
Since he posted the tweet, excited fans have flooded the comments section.

The 'Notorious' hasn't fought since his defeat to bitter rival Khabib Nurmagomedov in October last year and in March of this year he released a statement claiming he was retiring from MMA.
In a post to Twitter, he said: "Hey guys quick announcement, I've decided to retire from the sport formally known as 'Mixed Martial Art' today. I wish all my old colleagues well going forward in competition.
"I now join my former partners on this venture, already in retirement. Proper Pina Coladas on me fellas!"

But rumours of a return have never really gone away - always one to keep people on their toes, McGregor has previously hinted at a comeback to the UFC.
Just a month after the shock announcement, the two-weight champ tweeted: "I want to move forward, with my fans of all faiths and all backgrounds.
"All faiths challenge us to be our best selves. It is one world and one for all. Now see you in the Octagon."
What do you think? Reckon the 'champ champ' is coming back to the octagon?
