The protestor who copped a mammoth hit from NFL linebacker Bobby Wagner entering the field of play has filed a police report over the tackle.
The incident happened during a match-up between the Los Angeles Rams and the San Francisco 49ers.
In the back end of the first half, a spectator sprinted onto the field, letting off a pink smoke flare above his head in the process, looking like some sort of bizarre gender reveal.

As the brave invader ventured close to the Rams bench, fellow linebacker Takkarist McKinley looked to close in on him before Wagner followed up with a devastating shoulder charge.
And it seems like the protestor hasn’t taken the hit with any sort of grace.
TMZ Sports reports that the fan who was levelled by Wagner has now filed a police report over the incident.
According to Direct Action Everywhere, the activist was part of the Right To Rescue movement.
They told the publication that the police report stems from a ‘blatant assault’ by two NFL players.
The organisation made a since-deleted post after the incident in which they claimed the protestors were ‘a bit beaten up but in good spirits’.
The protestor reportedly suffered burns from the smoke bomb they let off.

How does anybody know what else that person has?
They have a smoke stick in one hand, who knows what in the other..
Bobby’s a hero.
End of story.
Speaking to reporters the next day (October 5), Wagner explained his actions while acknowledging the police report.
He said: “You never know, like, people run on the field for no reason sometimes and again, I'm pretty sure it's gonna keep happening, but you never know what that person got in they pocket, in they hands, whatever.
“Kind of like what I said after the game so, you know, there's consequences for your actions."
The Rams star noted that he was ‘more concerned about the security guard that was hurt’ while trying to chase down the streaker.

One of the security personnel looked to have taken a topple during the incident and hurt their knee in the process.
Wagner’s coach, Sean McVay was equally unfazed by the report.
He told reporters: "We all know where Bobby's intentions were, and I support Bobby Wagner."
"That's where I'm at with that. I don't think anybody would disagree."
