Andrew Tate’s detention in Romania has been extended by 30 days.
Since 29 December, the former kickboxer has been in custody in Romania alongside his brother Tristian on suspicion of human trafficking, rape and forming an organised crime group.
On Wednesday, a court in Romania declared that Tate and his brother are to continue to be held in custody for an extra 30 days.

The pair first appealed the decision to extend their detention on 20 January but it has since been rejected.
After the hearing, Tate said: “Ask them for evidence and they will give you none because it doesn’t exist. You’ll find out the truth of this case soon.”
It has been alleged that Tate and his brother recruited women by seduction and telling lies about wanting a relationship or marriage.

The court also heard that the women were made to produce pornographic content under duress.
Tate has also been accused of raping one of his victims in March 2022, something which he denies along with his other charges.
Although Tate’s defensive team argued that there wasn’t enough evidence to hold the suspects in custody, the court decided to extend their detention until 27 February.
Earlier in January, Romanian police seized goods and money worth around £3.25 million, including 11 luxury cars.

The cars seized included an Aston Martin Vanquish S Ultimate, a Rolls Royce Wraith and a Porsche Carrera 4S 911.
Prior to the appeal day on Wednesday, Tate spoke publicly.
He said: “They know we have done nothing wrong.
“This file is completely empty. Of course, it's unjust, there is no justice in Romania unfortunately.”
Tate then seemingly compared himself to Nelson Mandela.

He tweeted: “During my incarceration.
“I've been tracking everyone who stood up in support. Everyone who stood on the fence. And those too scared to stick up for me despite my innocence.
“God knows they're cowards and I know they're cowards.”
