Former kickboxer Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristian will be released from jail.
The decision to release the Tate brothers was made by a Romanian judge on Friday.
Tate and his brother, along with two alleged female accomplices, Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu were arrested in Romania back in December due to alleged human trafficking, rape and crime gang offences.

Earlier in March, the Tates and their alleged accomplices were seen at a bail hearing in which Tate was hoping to be put on house arrest.
On Wednesday this week, it was confirmed that their bail application was in fact rejected by a judge. After the decision was made, the four alleged offenders appealed against the ruling.
Now, it has been reported that the ruling by the Court of Appeal in Bucharest means they will now be released and put on house arrest with immediate effect.

The Tates, Naghel and Radu have been ordered to stay in the buildings where they reside unless they are given judicial permission to leave.
During his time in prison, Tate has often baffled fans with a series of bizarre tweets.
Just this week, he wrote: “My whole life has been war. That is the difference between me and everyone else.

“I succeed and achieve regardless. And that is why when I speak, people listen. Heroes are built in War.”
