KSI and Logan Paul still haven't made any profit from Prime hydration drink

KSI and Logan Paul still haven't made any profit from Prime hydration drink

YouTube giants KSI and Logan Paul are struggling to make money from their Prime energy drink business venture despite a very high demand.

KSI has recently revealed that himself and Logan Paul still haven't made any money from their joint business-venture, Prime Hydration.

The pair, who are foes-turned-friends following their two boxing bouts in 2018 and 2019, announced in early 2022 that they would be teaming up to start a hydration drink company.

The product itself is a hydration drink which comes in a variety of flavours such as Lemon Lime, Grape and Blue Raspberry among others. The drink's ingredients include zero added sugar, 10 percent coconut water and other added functionals such as BCAAs, electrolytes and antioxidants.

The fact that KSI and Logan are household names in the online world means that it is no surprise that the £2 drink has become the craze and obsession of their fans.

New footage showed youngsters and parents flocking into their local Asda as soon as it opened to get their fix of Prime, which some stores have limited to a certain number per customer.

Photos have also surfaced which shows that Prime has been security tagged by the stores.

KSI, whose main channel boasts over 24 million subscribers, voiced his frustrations on Twitter upon finding some Prime drinks that were being sold for extortionate prices on eBay.

He uploaded a screenshot of the eBay listing, coupled with his thoughts: "This annoys me so much. We’re trying so hard to increase the supply as much as possible to try and combat the black market selling."

"Me and Logan ain’t made any money from Prime. It’s all going back into the business to increase the supply. We’re trying people."

He has voiced his frustrations on the matter elsewhere too, as he went on a slight rant on an episode of The Fellas podcast.

"I s**t you not, the only place you're meant to get Prime is Asda and Arsenal stadium. But people are getting it at petrol stations." Alluding to Prime Hydration's recent sponsorship deal with KSI's boyhood football club, Arsenal FC.

"Asda employees aren't even f***ing putting it on the shelves anymore," he said. "They're shipping it out lowkey."

KSI continued "That's what they're doing, bro, and then people are making p's from it because you can't get it anywhere. It's not like we're not supplying enough, we're supplying loads."

A spokesperson for ASDA explained to LADbible in a comment: "It is a very popular product and we are receiving regular deliveries to stores which are stocking it," though they did not respond to any of KSI's allegations.
