Brock Lesnar will not face any action from WWE following his failed UFC drugs tests.

In an exclusive ran by TMZ, it has been revealed that Lesnar does not have to comply with the WWE Wellness Policy because he works a part-time schedule which consists of a limited amount of appearances.

Should a WWE superstar violate the wellness policy, they would normally be issued with a 30-day suspension, evidenced in Roman Reigns' recent punishment.

But it appears that is not the case for Lesnar, who is on a part-time deal in his second stint with the company and has only wrestled 19 matches for WWE in the past three years.

A spokesperson from WWE said:

"WWE's talent wellness program does not apply to part-time performers such as Brock Lesnar."

When the news of Lesnar's failed drugs tests came about, WWE issued the following statement:

"Brock Lesnar has not performed for WWE since WrestleMania and is not scheduled to return until Sunday, August 21."

Lesnar has been absent from WWE programming since Wrestlemania but is scheduled to return to WWE television next week on Monday Night Raw, in preparation for his announced bout with Randy Orton at Summerslam on August 21.
