"Precision beats power, and timing beats speed." The now famous words hollered by Conor McGregor after inflicting reigning champion Jose Aldo with his first defeat in 10 years needing just 13-seconds producing the fastest finish in UFC title fight history in the process.

Months of build-up including an unprecedented world media tour not to mention the cancellation of the first original meeting finally culminated at UFC 194 in the fight capital of the world Las Vegas, Nevada. The Irishman pushed the mental warfare to the limit setting up an extremely charged fight.

McGregor entered the cage confident as ever, very loose while standing opposite to him, Aldo, looked nervous, rigid with colour commentary Joe Rogan pointing out that he looked like he was feeling the pressure of this moment. Needless to say, no touch of the gloves as 'Big' John McCarthy issued his final instructions to both men.

What's more, Aldo refused to make eye contact, firmly fixated on the floor. McGregor immediately took the center of the Octagon as the fight started throwing a few feelers which triggered the Brazilian to attempt to land his own combination though McGregor seized the slightest of openings sleeping Aldo with a glorious left-hook counter connecting flush on his chin.

The prophecy was fulfilled...
