Rugby Pitch Invader Gets Absolutely Flattened By Security Guard

Rugby Pitch Invader Gets Absolutely Flattened By Security Guard

Well and truly folded like a deck chair.

For the second time in a matter of weeks, a sports fan has been completely and utterly poleaxed by a security guard after they ran onto the field of play.

Not too long ago, we witnessed a woman cop a monster-of-a-hit after she ran onto the pitch during the NRL clash between the Gold Coast Titans and Parramatta Eels.

Footage of the huge tackle went viral online and even lead to an investigation into the level of force used, but this latest act from a security guard over in New Zealand appears to have even more people talking.

The Blues put the Melbourne Rebels to the sword at Eden Park, scoring a whopping 11 tries to finish with a franchise record of 74 points.

However, the game was marred by yet more pitch invading, although the bloke in question definitely learned his lesson the hard way.

The streaker, desperately trying to rip off his clothes as he leapt over the fencing and onto the field, bobbed and weaved his way past the pursuing security guards.

One guard appeared to take him down for a fraction of a second, only for the man to slip free.

But just as he made his way back to his feet, he didn't see the other seccy chasing him down and was hit with a blindside shot which sent him crashing to the turf in the heap.

Other guards then piled in as the bloke lay motionless on the pitch.

A second streaker was also taken down, this time with an expertly-timed tackle nice and low on the legs.

Footage of the wild incident quickly made its way onto social media where a bunch of people praised the security guard for his tackling "technique", some even urging some professional rugby union and league teams to sign him up.
